2026 Cross-Border Charter · Choosing a Vehicle
From 7-seat MPV to limousine
which charter vehicle should you pick?
From the Alphard to a Rolls-Royce, cross-border charter prices span four to five times. This guide lays our seven vehicles side by side — seats, luggage, starting price — then matches each to your party size, bags and occasion, instead of pushing the priciest car first.
01 — The short answer
Choosing comes down to three things:people, luggage, occasion
For most families and business trips, a 7-seat Alphard or Vellfire is all you need — everyone fits, the bags fit, clearance is smooth. You only really need to step up in two cases: lots of luggage (go Granvia), or an occasion that calls for presence (Lexus LM for executives, Bentley or Rolls-Royce for weddings and anniversaries).
The table below is the seven vehicles we actually run. Prices are from, in HKD per trip, with RMB shown alongside. The exact figure shifts with route, port and time of day — your quote is the final word.
02 — The comparison table
Seven cross-border vehicles seats × luggage × from-price

Prices are from, in HKD per trip; RMB is roughly HKD×0.92, and the figure shifts with route, port and time of day — your quote is final. Seats are maximum capacity; luggage counts standard 28-inch cases. See each vehicle page for details.
03 — Pick by scenario
Find your match, three travellers, three choices
A 7-seat MPV, mostly
For 4–6 people plus bags, the Alphard or Vellfire is the safe call: twin power sliding doors and independent second-row seats, so elderly parents and kids board without stooping. Lots of luggage? Step up to the Granvia (around 6 bags).
- Alphard / Vellfire: 6 people + 4 bags
- Granvia: first pick for heavy luggage
- Child safety seat on request
V-Class or Lexus LM
Business reception is about quiet and presence. The V-Class brings a strong European-business feel and a big boot; the Lexus LM is a 4-seat executive layout with a near first-class rear — the most dignified way to receive executives and VIPs.
- V-Class: 6 seats + 5 bags
- Lexus LM: 4-seat executive
- Rear acoustic glass · independent climate
Bentley / Rolls-Royce
For a wedding procession or a milestone anniversary, what you want is occasion. The Bentley Flying Spur is composed and commanding; the Rolls-Royce Ghost/Phantom is the benchmark wedding car. Lock the date early and arrange a motorcade.
- Bentley Flying Spur: from HK$5,200
- Rolls-Royce: from HK$8,100
- Book the motorcade well ahead
04 — When to step up
7 seats is enough — step up only in these three cases
Most people don't need to pay for presence they won't use. Check whether you fall into one of these three first, then decide whether to upgrade.
More than 4 bags → move from the Alphard to the Granvia (6 bags); need presence for reception → step up to the Lexus LM executive; wedding or key occasion → take the Bentley or Rolls-Royce. In every other case, a 7-seater is the optimum.
Tell us your party size and bag count up front, and we'll match the best-value vehicle — not default to the expensive one.
05 — Frequently asked
Choosing a vehicle, the questions we hear most
Family of five with luggage — which one?
Five people plus bags: go for a 7-seat Alphard or Vellfire (seats 6, around 4 bags). With five or more large cases, step up to the Granvia (around 6) or V-Class. Note a stroller in your booking.
What's the difference between Alphard and Vellfire?
Both are Toyota's 40-series flagship MPV — near-identical platform and space. The Vellfire is sportier outside and starts slightly lower (HK$1,700 vs 1,800). Pick the Vellfire for value, the Alphard for the most popular model.
Why is the Lexus LM pricier with only 4 seats?
The LM is an executive layout — it trades seat count for first-class-grade rear space and quiet, aimed at executive and VIP transfers. Choose a 7-seater for more people; pick the LM when the rear experience matters most.
Can luxury cars (Bentley/Rolls-Royce) cross the border?
Yes — same dual-plate, stay-in-vehicle clearance, ideal for wedding processions and milestone anniversaries across cities. Luxury availability is tight, so book early.
Do prices include the crossing fee and fuel?
The table shows the vehicle's from-price. Whether the crossing fee, parking and waiting time are included is confirmed at booking. We'll give an itemised quote based on your port and route. 【TO FILL: our standard statement on what is bundled】
