Per official notices, the new Huanggang Port "collaborative inspection, one-stop clearance" co-location arrangement is being implemented in phases from July 2026, subject to the latest official announcement: vehicles drive to the new Huanggang Port building in Futian, occupants disembark once, and Hong Kong and Mainland checks are completed side by side in the same building — no more shuttle-bus transfer between two separate buildings.
