Know the control points first,then decide how to cross

Control points that take vehicles (Shenzhen Bay, Huanggang / Lok Ma Chau, Heung Yuen Wai / Liantang, Man Kam To, HZMB) work very differently from the rail / pedestrian ones (Lo Wu, West Kowloon HSR); the airport is an air crossing. Pick the wrong one and at best you take a detour, at worst you arrive late at night to find it already closed.
